He said that he was surprised that Mary J. Blige staged a holdout for Lovers & Friends’ billing but also believes it was a good strategy.

He also believes she is the Queen of Hip Hop Soul.

Ne-Yo believes this years lineup has the chance to be the biggest one ever which includes MJB, Usher, Gwen Stefani, Lil Wayne, Timbaland, Backstreet Boys, Janet Jackson along with himself.
