Jamie Foxx wants the perpetrator of the alleged assault to be prosecuted to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.

Cops are interested in speaking with Jasper Dolphin, a Jackass stuntman who was at Mr. Chow’s on the night of the incident in connection to the alleged assault.

Authorities have obtained video footage from Mr. Chow, the Beverly Hills restaurant, on the night of the incident as part of their ongoing investigation.

The confrontation erupted after a prank involving a laser pointer projecting a penis onto Faoxx’s table occurred, which led to the glass being thrown at Jamie Foxx.

Jasper Dolphin, an actor and rapper, is a founding member of the rap collective Odd Future and appeared in the film Jackass Forever.
