Mariah Carey delivered a star-studded show for her two-hour “Mariah Carey: Merry Christmas To All” concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Carey’s twins, Monroe and Moroccan, were in attendance, with Monroe joining her mother to sing the Christmas hymn, “Away In A Manger.”
Mariah performed a medley of hits and brought Hip-Hop superstars Slick Rick and Jermaine Dupri to the stage to celebrate. Before singing “Joy To The World,” Carey gave fans a message of hope.
“I just wanted to say that, on a serious note, this is the time for sharing and goodness, joy, and hope. We really… a lot of us really need hope around the holidays,” said Carey.
“…But what we really need to do right now is give you a little tiny bit of joy for your life, if you like.”
