Jamie Foxx and Corrine Foxx will teaming up for another game show for Fox.
We Are Family, a guessing game show, is hosted by the actor and his daughter Corinne Foxx, which was announced following the actor encountering a medical problem.
Foxx will have plenty of time to heal since the series won’t air until 2024. Foxx was recently seen playing pickleball after leaving the hospital, according to Corinne Foxx.
It happens after Nick Cannon, a guest host for the most recent season of Beat Shazam, took Foxx’s place.
We Are Family will feature a studio audience made up entirely of 100 contestants who must successfully guess which celebrity the performer is related to before they are revealed.
Jamie and Corrine said in a statement, “We are thrilled to be developing We Are Family with Jeff Apploff and our friends at Fox Entertainment after so much success with six seasons of Beat Shazam.
We hope this show brings as much fun to audiences at home as we’ve had creating it when it premieres next year.”
