“Happy birthday. Block spinna 20 years later haaaa.”

Shortly after, the birthday boy responded to the message, “Daddy love you mama.”

The Instagram post sparked controversy, as Mr. Papers and Foxy Brown had a previous relationship before he got with Lil Kim.

Despite the tension between Foxy and Lil Kim, Mr. Papers and Foxy seem to have a friendly relationship.
